Before making an order, the Customer has the right to negotiate any entries of the agreement with the Seller, including changing the following regulation. The negotiation shall be in writing sent to the address of the Seller. If the Customer resigns from the possibility of the conclusion of the agreement under the individual negotiations, the following regulation and the relevant provisions of the law shall be applied.

2. The Buyer can be an adult natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

3. Orders can be made 24 hours a day.

4 The conclusion of the agreement follows upon an order made by the Customer. The execution of orders paid by cash on delivery follows immediately, orders paid by bank transfer or via electronic payment system are executed after the Customer has made transfer on the account of the Seller. Settlement of the transaction by credit card and e-transfers are executed via

5. The purchased item along with the sales document selected by the Customer (invoice/receipt/bill) is sent by a carrier selected by the Customer to the address specified by the Customer in the order form.

6. The Seller is responsible for two years from the date of purchase in the event of non-compliance of the goods with the agreement in accordance with article 10 of the law on special conditions of consumer sales of 27th July 2002 and other relevant provisions of the law.

7. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the agreement, specifying the non-conformity and expectations about execution of commitments, it should be sent to the address of the Seller.

8. Within fourteen days of receiving the ordered good, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without any reasons, according to the general principles arising from the provisions relating to the conclusion of agreements at a distance.

In accordance with the law the following are not subject to return: the audial and visual products stored on information storage media after removal of their original packaging by the consumer. Within five days the Seller will refund money along with the dues interests.

9. All prices provided by the Seller are in the Polish currency and are gross prices (including VAT). The price of the goods does not include the cost of delivery, which is specified in the delivery price list.

10. The Seller is committed to protect of personal data in accordance with the personal data protection act from 29th August1997 r (the Journal of Laws, No 133, item. 883) and the law on the provision of on-line services (the Journal of Laws, No 144, item. 1204). The Customer, when making an order, provides his/her personal data to the Seller and agrees to process them by the Seller in order to execute the order. The Customer at any time has the possibility to access, correct, update and delete his/her personal data.

11. Nothing in the terms hereof is intended to breach the rights of the Customer. Is is not allowed to be interpreted in this way, because in the event of a conflict between any part hereof and the applicable law, the Seller declares an absolute compliance with and the application of that law for the contested provision hereof.

12. The Customers shall be informed about the changes in the scope hereof by e-mail (indicated when registering or making an order). The notification shall be sent at least 30 days before the entry into force of the new regulations. The changes shall adapt hereof to the current legal situation.

13. The current version of the regulation is always available to the Customer in the regulation tab ( During the execution of the order, and throughout the period of sale maintenance the Customer shall comply with the regulation accepted by him/her when making an order. Except when the Customer considers it to be less favourable than the current one and informs the Seller about the choice of the current as applicable.

14. The Seller provides the Customer with proper operation of the on-line store in the following browsers: IE version 7 or later, FireFox version 3 or later, Opera version 9 or later, Google Chrome version 10 or later, Safari with the latest versions of JAVA and FLASH on the screens of the horizontal resolution above 1024 px. Using third party software affecting the performance and functionality of Web browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Chrome, Safari can affect the correct display of the store, because in order to obtain full functionality of store, all of them need to be switched off.

15. The applicable provision of the law shall be applies for the issues not regulated hereby. Any disputes shall be settled by the court relevant in terms of the place and material.
